Terms of Service

General Terms
Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Websiteking cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction of the website or any part of it.	Grab a pillow, it's time for the law bit!
Compatibility
Websiteking will endeavor to ensure that any designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla Firefox. Payment of Accounts
A deposit of 25% is required before any work is carried out. In the case of print works a deposit of 50% is required. In all cases, this deposit is non-refundable and covers our time in creating preview designs or otherwise working on behalf of the client. It is the Websiteking policy that any outstanding accounts are required to be paid in full no later than 30 days from the client being informed of the end of their project. If accounts are not settled or Websiteking have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and Court action taken.
Hosting and Domains
Websiteking will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site or any material provided by its agents. Where the hosting / domain name are not provided by Websiteking, it is the clients responsibility to set up these services and report any problems to the original company of purchase. A charge will be made should you require Websiteking to do this on your behalf.
